Founder
J. Todd Clark, CCIM, is the Founder, Principal Broker and Manager of The Clark Companies. For many years, Todd has started, acquired, developed, managed, operated, scaled and exited a variety of business and commercial real estate ventures for his family, clients and investors. Along the way, he has become a trusted advisor, coach, mentor and partner. He has developed key relationships with a dynamic team of high-level strategic business associates. Together, they are a formidable team eager to assist with your business, real estate and private investment journey.

Story
Todd graduated from Transylvania University and quickly began his career as a problem-solving business operator, commercial real estate specialist, acquisition entrepreneur and private investor. His proven ability to patiently steward people and business over the past 35 years has culminated with successful exits to - publicly traded, private equity, family offices, strategic and private investors - across a variety of industries and valuations. His passion with The Clark Companies is to help others with their journey.

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Anna-Riley Clark is a proud graduate of Lexington Christian Academy and Clemson University, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration—completing her degree in just three years. During her time in South Carolina, she became a licensed real estate agent, later expanding her credentials upon returning to Kentucky, where she currently resides and holds an active license. Anna-Riley’s background offers a distinctive edge, blending deep insight into human behavior with practical business acumen—qualities she brings to every client relationship with empathy, precision, and purpose.

Julia earned her degree in Finance from Wofford College. After graduation, she gained valuable sales experience in the commercial real estate industry with a specific focus on the self-storage space where she actively managed a book of transactions exceeding $50M. She also has hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and project management for a leading residential home builder in Greenville, South Carolina.
